Active Jan. 2009 The site is on OH State Route 7, ~ 40 miles N & S respectively, of Interestates 70 and 76/80. The plant will produce diesel and jet fuel. Baard Energy will rely on the Air Force to use the synthetic fuel the plant produces. On November 20, 2008 Baard was issued its air permit.
