Notes
After cancelling a proposal for a 175 MW plant, Westmoreland propsed a 500MW plant. In 2008, Westmoreland cancelled the project and returned the subsidies it had received. Several groups have challenged that the plant would impact the Theodore Roosevelt National Park and reduce visibility in the area due to smog.
