Hawbaker company sought a conditional land use for a 26 acre site in Browntown, PA on which they proposed to develop an asphalt plant, frack water processing, and frack mud processing/reprocessing. Community opposition got Wyalusing Twp to put so many conditions on the frack water and frack mud plant that the company didn't see it as being profitable to just do the asphalt plant, so it was all defeated.
