3/2012: Planning to take over a Horsehead Zinc site next to I-376 in Potter Township, just west of Monaca, PA 2011: Considering sites in PA, WV and OH to make ethylene from Marcellus Shale gas. "The cracker would be world-scale. The precise size and scope of the cracker and derivative units would be determined as part of the normal project development process."
