(OTC Bulletin Board: SCOM), a leading provider of cost-effective logistical and training solutions for the hospitality and healthcare industries, today announced that it has signed a multi-year contract to operate the Panola County Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) that is owned by the City of Carthage, Texas and Panola County. The state-of-the-art incinerator is licensed for the treatment of both medical and non-hazardous waste. The RRF was placed into operation in 1985 and was completely refurbished in 1996. It has the capacity to incinerate 30 tons per day of medical waste or 40 tons per day of non-hazardous waste."
