New to New England moved to N Shore Boston(Lynn,MA) 6 mos ago and was outraged to learn about "waste to energy" (wasted energy!) incinerator operating within site of our back balcony disincentivising real recycling and materials recovery for over a dozen North Shore communities while fouling land,air and water with heavy metals and dioxins. It needs to be shut down! Anybody out there want to discuss this?
