Notes
Their six boilers were rated at 448 tons/day each, totalling 2,688, but around 1997, they started taking much more, and now the facility is rated at 3,510 tons/day, making it the largest in the U.S. and around the 5th largest in the world. Ash goes to Delaware County's Rolling Hills Landfill in Berks County, PA. For a couple of years, it used to go to the neighboring Clean Metals plant for metals to be removed from the ash for recycling before ash was landfilled, but that mess of a plant was closed in 2005.
