Notes
Power plant is now closed, but it is now a toxic site requiring cleanup. The regional grid operator (PJM) concluded that this and other area power plants are no longer needed for electric reliability in DC thanks to upgrades to distribution lines in the past few years. A couple of small emergency generators on the site will continue to be permitted.
